Monica Thakrar — Founder & CEO

Monica Thakrar is the Founder and CEO of MTI, an organizational transformation consulting firm that helps organizations align strategy, leaders and people to create sustainable change. Before founding MTI, Monica built her foundation in business and transformation at organizations including GE and KPMG.

26+ years experience, 18 years leading MTI. Monica has coached 650+ leaders across government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit organizations. She has helped 25+ organizations successfully navigate transformational change.
